No. We do not and cannot guarantee approval of any application. Licensing decisions are made entirely by TfL based on their own criteria. What we do is help make sure your application is as complete and well-presented as possible, and that any TfL requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
We cannot influence TfL's internal processing timelines, and we do not promise to do so. What we can say is that responding to TfL requests correctly and promptly can help avoid unnecessary back-and-forth that may otherwise extend your wait. Our service focuses on making sure nothing on your end causes avoidable delays.
Typically: a valid UK driving licence (held for 3+ years), proof of right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check, a medical certificate (DVLA Group 2 standard), proof of address, and a passport-style photo.
