Important: My PCO Help is an independent administrative support service. We are not affiliated with Transport for London (TfL), Uber, Bolt, FREENOW or any licensing authority.

1. Our Service

My PCO Help provides guidance and administrative support for individuals applying for a TfL Private Hire (PCO) licence. Services may include document review, application guidance, follow-up assistance, correspondence support and WhatsApp/email support.

2. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee licence approval, faster processing times, specific outcomes, or any decision from TfL. All licensing decisions are made solely by TfL.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information. You are also responsible for submitting official forms, attending appointments, completing tests, and complying with TfL requirements.

4. Communication

Communication is mainly handled through WhatsApp and email. After payment, we will contact you to explain the next steps and request any information or documents needed to begin the service.

5. Payment

Payment must be made before work begins. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. Timescales

We aim to respond and begin reviewing your case within 48 hours after receiving the required information. Delays may occur if documents or information are missing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, missed deadlines, incorrect information supplied by the client, or decisions made by TfL or any other organisation.
